2. Products and Services

We offer dance classes, private lessons, wedding dance packages, and corporate dance workshops. All bookings are for non-physical services and events. No shipping of physical goods applies.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • Full payment is required in advance to secure your spot (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe or in cash for trial classes, private lessons, and wedding dance packages.
  • By completing your order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

4. Trial Classes

Trial classes (£5) can be paid online or in cash at the studio. A trial class does not guarantee a place in the full course unless paid in full.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Course fees are non-refundable once the course has started.
  • Exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious injury) may allow transfer of credit to a future course, at management discretion.
  • Missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

6. Certificate of Completion

A certificate is awarded only upon attending at least 80% of the scheduled sessions of the selected course.

7. Health and Safety

  • Participation is at your own risk.
  • Please inform your instructor of any health conditions before starting the course.
  • AK Fusion Dance Studio accepts no liability for injuries caused by failure to follow instructor guidance.

8. WhatsApp Groups

By joining a course, you agree to be added to a private WhatsApp group for class communication and updates. You may leave the group at any time.

9. Video and Photography

Short videos or photos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. Please notify us if you wish to opt out.

10. Code of Conduct

We maintain an inclusive, respectful environment. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

11. Corporate Events

Bookings for corporate events are subject to availability and confirmed upon payment. Prices may vary for bespoke packages. Cancellations or changes must be communicated at least 7 days before the event.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect losses or damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of the service purchased.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
